  From the very first call from 15000 km, we were lucky that Ms Nora took charge of the case, arranged a teleconference with our uncle, and immediately began working on his bail. She quickly identified the key issues, obtained all necessary documents on short notice, and explained every step clearly and honestly. She always acted in our uncle’s best interests and went beyond her legal duties most notably by ensuring he received his hearing aids while in detention.
