  Overcharged 3 times the quoted amount due to a “payment glitch”. We agreed via telephone and on email of a partial refund and another clean. This required multiple follow ups of confirming if a cleaner was coming for the confirmed date and time, then charged me again (rather than the agreed refund of the overcharge balance). And, after all that, didn’t complete the hours booked. I definitely won’t be booking with them again. If you book with them, be careful. Check your card statement, not just for the initial charge, but if they charge again after.
