  After being without water for 2 days and getting no help from the council I eventually contacted Jackson trade services. The man I spoke with was friendly and professional. After explaining the issue he was not only understanding but accommodating to my financial situation. He sent Jason who arrived quickly and was equally as friendly as the first man. Jason fixed my water promptly making sure everything was clean and tidy after. I am extremely happy with their service and will definitely recommend them to friends and family confident they will do a good job and not be overcharged.

  Service was prompt and professional. An adaptor part was needed which they sourced and installed on the same day. Price charged was as quoted plus the price of the adaptor part. I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use Jackson Plumbing again.
