  Hi, not only did she not arrive, she advised that she had an ear infection upon myself enquiring to which I accepted and hoped that she had a quick recovery. After a few days, I requested if she could reschedule for my dog to be done during the week, she is yet to respond. I hope she treats the dogs better than she treats perspective customers.
