  Jin is a good person to deal with and was honest. He also took on extra work when we needed more done which was appreciated. However, he did not take ownership for the finished product, and that was disappointing. His business model relies heavily on subcontractors, and while they got the work done on time and quickly, some of the workmanship was average and there was no quality check by him after each subbie left or at the very end. The work quality required me and my other trades to remedy a few things that were not done very well, and we had to clean and vacuum all the mess and dust they left behind. If you hire JD Interiors, make sure Jin does a quality check throughout the project and also cleans up on completion as he otherwise just assumes his subcontractors do what they are meant to do and does not check.
