Yes we are an insured business and we do guarantee our work. We have a motto that if you don't like what you see, we will get it right until you do like it or you wont pay for it.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I am a designer by trade and I think what I like about it so much is creating great looking work for clients. To see a clients face or to hear that they love what we have done for them.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Yes, we had a client who designed their own company profile once, it was an 8 page booklet, they showed me and asked me what I thought, and this was all about saving money that they did it. Well it was done in publisher and looked terrible. But how do you tell a client it looked terrible without sounding like your doing it just because you want the work.  In the end I just said in a nice way, it's not really very professional for your business, so we ended up designing them something in an 8 Page A4 brochure, and in the end, they just said WOW, I am so glad you redesigned it. They sent it to their business coach in the eastern states, and he said WOW as well, which told me that they were very happy with the end result. The motto is, you can do bits and pieces for your business yourself to save money, but remember it is the face of your business that you are putting out their, and if you don't look professional in what you show, people believe that you are a back yard job.

The most common question, is how long will it take to do? Our answer is, do you want a nice logo or a rushed logo?

Our work ethics I think. I am a firm believer that you will only do business with someone you like and trust, it doesn't matter how good they are, if you don't like them you won't use them!

The reason someone would hire us over someone else is because you actually get to speak to our designers and not just the boss of the company, so therefore you can put your ideas across to who is designing your designs either by phone or by appointment, and we will come to you.

We need to know about the business, and what they are trying to achieve in their business, we need to understand their business in order to research their competitors and give them the edge they are looking for over their competitors.

Our Designs make our price competitive. Remember your logo is something that will last you forever. It may change in colour over the years, but it is important to get that right in your business to start with, so our packages for logo design make us very competitive.

We have a number of packages available for small business, ie: a Logo corporate Identity package and website packages. But our hourly rate if you just want a logo is $130 + gst per hour.

Corporate Identity Packages and web design. So we create your branding, from a logo, and right thru to your business cards, signage, letterheads, website and so on.

All our Graphic Designers are qualified Graphic Designers and have worked all around the world. We are very fortunate to have designers with the experience they have from working in a number of different design studios. A designer is someone who has a flare for design and has studied there craft over a number of years before gaining their diplomas in design, they are not a Typesetter.
