I always ask if its an interior or exterior work? What do they need to be painted ? Eg is it a room, or gutters or whole house ? Do they have the paints or materials? Are there any cracks on walls?

Tip 1: do u have any paints that can be used as an undercoat? Tip 2: if job requires a lot of preparation eg. Gap filling, fixing cracks can they do it themselves? Tip 3: cover all furniture before painting

I don't charge for call out fees. I always ask customers if they want to supply the paints and materials . Or if they have any paints they still want to use. I try to make my prices as affordable as possible.
