Just recently I had a call from a quite nervous home buyer. He really wanted to be sure the home he and his partner were considering was ok. Our report brought to his attention some defects he had not noticed it also relieved his fears through the extra knowledge he found the home was a great buy.

I started out in the building industry at the age of 17 as an apprentice carpenter. Now many years later I still enjoy working in this industry. I have over 20 years managing my own contract building business and 12 as construction manager for a community based building company.
