The first words that come to mind are holistic and passionate!!! I have been working as a personal trainer in the industry for 11years now and have just about tried and tested every modality that you can think of ranging from pure strength training, crossfit, yoga, pilates, boxing, Olympic lifting, interval training and even body building/figure style training. I truly believe in a holistic approach to health/fitness and therefore will use a range of different training methods for each individual client in order to achieve the desired goals as well as optimal health and movement. Being a qualified Naturopath also allows me to provide holistic, individualized and evidence based nutrition and lifestyle advice to my clients that serve as sustainable lifestyle changes in order to ensure long term results and as always optimal health and well being.
