  We are so grateful to have hired Kotari at a time when we COULDN'T find anyone who would take on our highly-specialised home build. Maggie and Ante have always been honest with us and have bent over backwards on numerous occasions to build our home for life, especially while navigating through a pandemic. Despite all the setbacks of things completely out of our control during the last few years (cue pandemic), they have really gone above and beyond what I had expected from builders. We finally have an AMAZING build and we couldn't be happier. Would we build with them again? Yes! A truly wonderful custom home build business.

  It was great working with this company. Ante and Magdalena showed us their own home as part of the process and gave the same quality inclusions and workmanship in our home. It says a lot when a builder provides their clients with the same standard that they afford to themselves. Highly recommend them.
