We are insurance Lexon Insurance Pte Ltd, this is a legal requirement and our insurance documents have been reviewed by Oneflare. Lawyers are supervised by the Queensland Law Society and Legal Services Commission under the Legal Profession Act, Australian Solicitors Conduct Rules and other laws.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Jamie wholeheartedly believes that “Everybody deserves justice – it’s not a commodity nor a resource, but an inborn human entitlement”, and by becoming a solicitor, this was Jamie's way of making sure he can contribute to people being able to access robust, practical and experienced legal advice.

All my clients are my favourite clients. However, I like when I am able to finalise a matter in one court appearance, the client is happy, as it have not been too emotionally draining and my fees and outlays remain low.

1.How much will it cost? this is the easiest one to answer, we will give you a fixed fee quote, or an estimate. 2. How long will it take? we will resolve your matter in the shortest time possible.  3. Will I win? we can never answer that 100%, but we will fight for your legal entitlements.

Depending on the matter, we generally try to provide a fixed fee, however, we do sometimes need to charge an hourly rate. We will always provide you with a Client Services Agreement which sets out how we charge and we are more than happy to speak to you about our fees and outlays at all times.

Whilst we are a generalist law firm, and Jamie has practised in most areas of the law. Jamie is particularly interest in Criminal Law, Domestic Violence Law and Civil / Commercial Litigation. Sophie has predominately worked in Succession and Property Law as a Law Clerk / Paralegal.

Principal Solicitor, Jamie is admitted to practice in both South Australia and Queensland, the High Court of Australia and is a member of Queensland Law Society. He holds practise management qualifications, an Unrestricted Principal Practising Certificate and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
