  Absolutely terrible experience. We paid for a full bond clean, including extra charges for blinds a total of $650.00 and still had to spend an additional $650.00 because the floors and carpets were poorly vacuumed and mopped (photo of the whole house in the worest way possible no cleaning done), walls were not dusted or spot cleaned, showers, mirrors and windows were left streaky, the oven and range hood were still greasy, and the garage had not been touchedat all. When our property manager requested a re-clean, we notified Raj, he refussed to answer his phone. Payment was taken upfront via cash with no Receipts provided before any work was completed. When we asked for an invoice, Raj stated he would email it through to us. Raj did provide us with an invoice without GST charges, he clearly realised we were clued in enough to check if his business was registered for GST. This company is sneaky, unreliable, untrustworthy, sloppy, and dishonest. They do not deliver the services they promise. Do not recommend under any circumstances – avoid at all costs.

  Absolutely terrible experience. We paid for a full bond clean, including extra charges for blinds and carpet cleaning and still had to spend 10 hours re-cleaning the house ourselves. Dusting on top of blinds (which we paid $10 per blind) was not complete, floors and carpets were poorly vacuumed and mopped (photo of what came out of the carpet post carpet clean), walls were not dusted or spot cleaned, showers, mirrors and windows were left streaky, the oven and range hood were still greasy, and the garage had not been swept properly. When our property manager requested a re-clean, we notified Raj, who agreed but never showed up. He later claimed he hadn’t received proof of key access, despite us sending a photo of the key location. Payment was taken upfront via bank transfer before any work was completed. When we asked for an invoice, Raj stated there would be an extra charge if we wanted an invoice, to cover GST, despite not being registered for GST. Raj did provide us with an invoice without GST charges, he clearly realised we were clued in enough to check if his business was registered for GST. This company is sneaky, unreliable, untrustworthy, sloppy, and dishonest. They do not deliver the services they promise. Do not recommend under any circumstances – avoid at all costs.

  Don’t hire this company at any cost. First, they book the job at a cheap price, but later they don’t show up for the work and don’t even answer calls.
