  Andrew and his guys did an ok job initially. But after a couple weeks their work started showing signs of poor attention to detail. The gate doesn't open and close properly, the decking boards have cupped because they placed the screws close together and a number of screws protrude above the boards with others having been broken during driving. I have been in contact Andrew numerous time about these issues and he has even come and had a look, agreeing the issues needed work and booked a time to fix then. Only to not hear from him or see him again. Dont waste your time and money.

  I did not have a good experience with this landscaper. Trees that were completely inappropriate for what was required were planted and despite an assurance by Andrew that he would replace the trees he now won't answer or return my calls which is very disappointing.

  The trees that were supplied were as specified. Robert indicated that he was not entirely happy with three out of eleven trees as he wanted a single trunk to enable a pleached hedge. I said that I had no problem replacing them. Robert replied that he was going away and would call within two weeks. I did not hear a word for six months. As the trees have been in the ground for this time, it is not possible to replace them. $2,500 of the final invoice was not paid which more than covers replacement of the trees. There were other plants in the project that were supplied at no cost due to a miscommunication. This was at a cost of $750. I have been in the industry over 20 years and will always look to sort out issues in e reasonable manner. I have had a far less than pleasing experience with this customer.
