We received excellent service from Cleo at Malmek Motors after engaging his services through Oneflare. My friend needed a pre purchase inspection to help her decide if she would purchase a Nissan X Trail secondhand from a private seller. It was late in the day and we are grateful that Cleo remained open to accommodate us. He performed a thorough inspection, gave us a detailed report about his findings, noted which items needed attention and their respective importance, explained relative costs if we proceeded with the purchase and, most importantly, was patient and thorough in explaining everything in terms non mechanics can understand. He was mindful of what the car was to be used for and really gave us confidence to move forward with the purchase. At no stage did he suggest that the required work be done at Malmek, he performed an unbiased pre purchase check at the quoted price at a time of day that was beyond normal hours. It was just an exceptional customer experience from Cleo and the team at Malmek Automotives. We won’t hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.
