Clients usually want to know:  1. Are they covered during a massage? Yes - as a matter of privacy, towels are used to cover clients at all times. 2. Can they shower before/after massage? No - we do not have shower facilities, however we provide extra towelling and hot towels to remove excess oil from the skin.  3. Do you provide massage for children? NO - we do provide massage for anyone under the age of 17yrs.

Every appointment is tailored for each individual customer, so that the best massage treatment can be provided.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The things I need to know are - 1.what type of massage do you want? Swedish (relaxation) or Remedial (firm). 2. How long do you want? 30mins, 45mins, 1hr or 1.5hrs. 3 Do you want full body (front and back) or half body (back only or front only)? 4. Have you been sick with the cold or flu? PLEASE NOTE: Customers who are sick cannot be seen for massage treatment.
