  The job was adequately completed. The quotation detailed the scope of works, but I didn't realise it didn't include the cost of scaffolding which had been discussed beforehand as a necessity, and was included in quotations from other businesses. This wasn't mentioned by the contractor until after the job was commenced and caused a considerable increase in the price which then had to be re-negotiated, even though there was no change in the agreed scope of works. A receipt was requested but has not been received as of nearly 2 weeks since completion. Dean
