Dean Bosman of Mercantile Legal was engaged to recover a debt. The debt has NOT been recovered. We have a substantial bill and little to show for it. I feel that Dean Bosman exhibited inappropriate and intimidating behaviour during negotiations.04 Dec 2019
Ms Smith, I did not carry out the services, in fact I was not with the firm at the time of the services. I have been asked to recover the fees for our services that you have not paid for more than two years, not one cent, and you are disparaging me because I refuse to be blackmailed by the social media posts you and your relations are making. We have offered a significant discount to resolve the matter and in the middle of negotiations you have made numerous false and malicious social media posts and demanded almost half the fees off as discount in return for removing the malicious posts.Denise S
