My own and my families health (or lack there of). Definitely saw the importance of staying fit and healthy to give ourselves the best chance we can.

The change in clients - form gets better, they become brighter, lighter and suddenly we see through true you - nothing beats that amazing feeling.

There are no right or wrong questions - I encourage clients to ask anything they want to, no matter what is is. Even if customers think it's silly, About 80% would be asking the same questions but too scared to voice it.

I can't do those exercises --> if it's a mental barrier, then we'll work through the mental barrier. If it's mobility reasons, then we'll change up the exercises slightly.

I have had many of my own life experiences and trials, ranging from weightloss to heath issues to injuries. I can never tell anyone I know exactly how they feel, but I can certainly relate to many circumstances. Trust, confidentiality and reliability are all very important factors for everyone.

I have extensive knowledge in many areas of health. My boss (Head Coach at Zenergy) is an exercise physiologist so we are always fine tuning our craft to assist clients to reach their goals. We track food, training, everything! :)

I can always provide a quote - You can tell me as much as you want to initially. In the complimentary health chat is where we discuss things in detail.

If money is an issue, I found these are some of the tools that worked for me: 1. Reduce buying coffees - It was amazing when I worked it out how much i was spending on buying coffee! 2. The reminder that spending money on my health now means spending much less later on down the track.

The pricing includes many things, not just the PT session itself. Some of these include: * A nutrition plan * Outside fitness plan also tracked * Constant motivation and access via email, phone * Open gym hours included as part of PT at no extra cost

There are a few ways we can charge for the service. You can choose which option is best for you :)  1. Fortnightly direct debits 2. upfront monthly payments :)

There is not any set area's. I cover weightless, weight gain, endurance, strength, stamina and any other combinations :) ..
