How Our Quoting Works? We offer flat-rate and hourly prices. All our flat-rate cleans are calculated based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have in your home. Additionally, all living areas, dining, and kitchen areas will be sparkling clean too! (Any additional rooms such as studies, theatres, home offices are considered as bedrooms.) Please note that *increments to the price may occur if we are given false information or you request an additional service on-site* How Is Payment Handled? • All payments are securely handled online via our website - see www.miraclemaid.com.au/book-now. What About Reviews & Tips? We don’t pressure any of our clients to leave a tip or a review. If you think we deserve it, we definitely do appreciate it. All tips go towards new equipment to help us further improve on the satisfaction of our services. Few Things to Keep in Mind: • We do agree on a time for all our posters. However, we may sometimes suffer from unexpected delays and could arrive late for your appointment. In this case, we will notify you immediately. • Our cleaners are all loving and caring people.
