  A pleasant young man who is poorly equipped and worse than ineffective. Turned up with a broken gurney, which I spent two hours on diagnosing for him. He then left and returned the with a hired eel and was still unable to fix the blockage. I still can't shower or use the toilet and he demanded payment. I have since had a properly licenced plumber fix the problem no fuss. Jordan was completed wrong in his diagnosis and was attempting to jam an "eel" into a pvc trap that would never have accepted it. I only hope he hasn't damaged a previously perfect part of the household plumbing.

  Charged $280 for 20 minutes work to connect a fridge (realistically at the property for maybe 35 minutes), told me an issue with my piping for my laundry and promised a report to help me with the building strata (no response on this). Gotan another plumber in and it turns out he was incorrect anyway. Do not recommend.
