I have been in the health and fitness industry for 20yrs as a deep tissue/sports masseur, personal trainer and strength & movement coach. I have coached in the SANFL at junior and senior levels as a strength and conditioning coach/players coach. Personally I have represented Australia and State in sport.
I own and operate The Strength and Movement Clinic SA with a passion to provide people with an exercise practice that provides longevity and wellness through natural movement patterns and functional strength training. Situated at 33-35 Glen Osmond Rd, Eastwood. $90/hr or $750 for 10x1hr session package.
