I have a wonderful elderly customer that has her vehicle serviced every 3 months with me. She tells everyone that she has it serviced regularly so she knows her car won't break down. Whilst I service it, I also provide a safety check and look for anything that might need attention.

Before providing a quote on most vehicles, I would need to discuss the service required and provided with a VIN and engine number along with the vehicle details.

1. Explain what you need 2. Ask to be called if the quote has changed but remember that a quote is a rough guide but close to the actual charge 3. When picking up the vehicle ask if there was anything else that might require attention sooner than later. This could save you money.

It's not the pricing, it's the quality of workmanship I feel is important. To me, cheap pricing is cheap workmanship.

We are an ARC authorised automotive Air Condition Service Centre (yes, you must be authorised and we are a VACC recommended repairer.

With over 20 years experience, I classify myself as qualified. With a license to provide Air Conditioning Service through ARC (Authorisation No: AU23593), a registered LPG installer and repairer (Registration No: AFR001153) and a recommended repairer with VACC - You're in good hands.
