Provide as much detail in job description as possible (photos are a bonus) Be flexible with times and dates (we are flexible too so can usually come to a mutual agreed time) Give us some idea of how old the house is and any problems we might encounter (asbestos, faulty wiring etc)

We have a comparatively small call out fee and lower hourly rate than most (we don't charge our apprentices out for 4 times what we actually pay them)
