  Did an alright job of the window cleaning however struggled to get the flyscreens back in to their frames (ended up leaving them precariously perched and not properly fitted). Cleaner arrived much later than the time given to me and I had to follow up twice by phone and text to make sure they were still coming. Not very proactive.

  They were a bit messy when cleaning inside the younger of the men in particular and one window, which admittedly was difficult to reach, was not cleaned properly and is still dirty.
