Was not happy with the level of service and job performance. Took more than 6 weeks (promised 2 weeks) to complete the job and left my home in a mess. Lots of ridiculous excuses. When I asked him to clean and rectify his tardiness he turns around and tells me that my demands are becoming irritating and I am asking him to do too much because he is losing money. I only asked for him to complete what he promised and leave my home clear of rubbish as he found it while rectifying the damage his staff did but due to his rude attitude I refused his offer of cleaning as throughout the job all he stated were lies when his people talked about cleaning or correcting anything when instructed. I had to send pictures to show him that his people were not telling the truth (not that it helped). Be very careful before letting this business start work and ensure that everything is properly written down as I did as you will not have a leg to stand on otherwise. Make sure that the work has a completion timeline. No updates at all until I asked for them multiple times. No call backs except when it was for his payments. No confirmation that items highlighted for resolution were ever in fact rectified. Make sure you monitor every minute of this businesses workmanship. Note this could be denied as much as possible but I have everything in writing. Though I thanked him for his service out of courtesy, I will not recommend this business to anyone.Mary P
