Business description

I am a certified personal trainer who travels to my client’s homes in the North Shore. My ethos is that exercise is the foundation for a capable body and strong mind. I specialise in body recomposition, rehabilitation and older adults. My sessions are 100% personalised to the individual but generally include nutrition advice, injury prevention strategies, resistance training and (clinical) pilates. Outside of being a personal trainer, I am studying a Bachelor of Chiropractic at Macquarie University where I came 1st in my cohort for skills in 2021.
