Pre Vaccuum- this is vital Don't use harsh chemicals to try to clean stains etc- more often than not this results in further damage! Act quickly- most stains can be removed if acted upon within a couple of days

We quote in differing ways for each job- Carpet Cleaning can be a little easier to quote without sighting the job, but for example, Tile and Grout Cleaning, we most times need to see the job at hand
