Slow to receive photos, email apparently never works so communication is lost, not many photos taken for the price, photos received were different to the photos ordered (colour and quality was changed so we all looked orange like umpa lumpas), reprinted but still rubbish as originals were deleted, requested black and white or sepia as colour was changed and originals deleted but told it would cost the original cost of the prints again, you dont receive a disk of your prints so only he has the rights to print...I can complain for hours as these were photos of my first baby and its not a photo shoot I can just do again, I cry every time I see them as the moment is lost :(
