It is said positive word of mouth will reach 100 people.  Negative word of mouth will last the lifetime of the person speaking it.  It is in the businesses best interest to get you the results you want otherwise the negative impact will last a lifetime and the business will fail.

I have undergone a great deal of extra training and have a lot of fun equipment to bring along so you will never get bored of the same old exercises.  Some of these include EMS, boxing, kettlebells, battling ropes, suspension straps and much more.

Beginner - Try doing some walking to get used to exercise to build up a little endurance. Advanced - Get fitness levels as high as possible. Ask a friend with the same goals in mind and train together to reduce price you each pay.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I charge by the 45 minute sessions and you can pay by either cash, Visa or Mastercard.  Discounts are given for multiple session purchases.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I am the only mobile and wireless EMS trainer in Western Australia.  I specialize in Posture correction, Sports specific training and Weight loss.  As I have a history with most sports I believe I have a training plan for all.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have played a variety of sports including 15 years of rugby, swimming, running, mountain biking, volleyball to name a few. I have multiple functional training qualifications including, kettlebells, suspension straps, battling ropes, power bags, boxing and more.  Have completed EMS training with designer and engineer of the equipment at head office in Madrid, Spain.
