The Inspection & the Inspection Reports are conducted and completed as per Australian Standards for Pre-Purchase Building Inspections Timber Pest Inspections (AS4349.1 appendix C & AS4349.3, Part 3) **We will beat any written quote by 10% Upon request we can also provide you with an estimated outlay to rectify any Minor or Major Defects detected, We are covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance, giving you the warranty and added peace of mind that you are being looked after. All reports include photos of Major Defects as discovered by the Inspector, Premium reports include the same information adding extensive photos of all Minor Defects as well as Major, ideal for clients wanting to pinpoint the exact area of all issues. Defect Report for clients who have purchased a New property and would like a comprehensive list of all Minor Defects. All reports are forwarded via email, reports are between 50 and 60 pages, you will receive the report on the same day as the Inspection. For those clients who are requesting an Inspection prior to purchasing, and don't end up purchasing the property in question, please keep in mind discounts are available for repeat or referral inspections.
