If there were 0 Star only. They were very unprofessional. They Damage both home walls, tiles, my new fridge has a dent everywhere, they broke my expensive glass showcase. I called to the company, they said I will call you back, " I didn't get any sorry or any form of responsibility from this people. The delivery people were trying to blame us after breaking the glass showcase. If they think they can't take the showcase upstairs than they should let us know. I will ensure that no one from my community uses this people. I have already alert in my community pages. I highly recommend all of you to think before hiring this unprofessional people. This is absolutely incorrect. The movers had very clearly informed that the showcase cannot be taken up. You had called additional 4 people from your community and asked movers to help them move the showcase up. Movers still denied because 7 people could not lift the showcase and that too from a narrow stairs. Your people wee inexperienced and in the middle of the stairs dropped the showcase which felt on one of the movers and hurt him. rather than being sorry to it, its a pity that you blame the people who only came to support you to move the showcase upstairs. movers had told you to request additional 2 professional from the company who can take it up but you denied the request because did wanted to avoid costs by using your inexperienced people. Also, you did not sa7y there were any damages on the fridge. we have photos of the fridge taken at the time of the move. if you send the photos of damage we will compare it with our photos to see if any damage happened during the move. its a surprise that you claim such things but your family members praised the movers for the work especially when 3 people moved your house even though you booked for 2 people.Mark R

The overall experience with this company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. While initially appearing cheaper, the move ultimately proved more costly. Removalists: Despite completing the move, they caused damage to our fridge and a computer table. Although the removalists were helpful during the move, they lacked accountability for the damage they caused, refusing to accept responsibility. Admin: A significant disconnect existed between the administration department and the removalists. The removalists continually added hidden fees that were not included in the original booking quote. When we raised these unexpected charges with the admin department, their response was highly unprofessional. Instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation, they resorted to yelling at us. However, when we requested proof (photos and receipts) to proceed with your claim regarding the fridge and computer table, you were unable to provide any documentation. Onyx removals were fantastic for my recent move. Communication in the lead up was wonderful and they gave constant updates as they were delayed and arrived 1.5hrs later than expected. The two movers I had were polite, super efficient and didn't even break a sweat, moving heavy couches and loading the truck like Tetris ninjas. Outstanding service. No damage . And a fanatic price. Would highly recommend and use again.
