I always loved design and creativity and one thing leads to the next. Creative Design is natural to me and it is the foundation of what I do coupled with exceptional customer service. Later, I transitioned to the technical side of Web development and putting the two together is very satisfying

A while ago I serviced a Charity organization and I work very hard to provide them with value and ensuring that they did not have to spend more money than was necessary. I managed to give them a high-quality product and for many years later they have trusted me with many other projects.

The creativity aspect of it and the look on the faces of the customers upon handing over a job. Knowing that I hit the brief and have solved someone's problem is priceless to me. Also, working with a range of customers enables me to build relationships and learns more about the market.

I charge a flat rate fee, however flexible to work with customers to ensure they are comfortable. Typically I would request 50% upfront payment and the remaining of the payment upon completion. I care deeply about my customer's experience and promise upfront communication and transparency.
