Our director has been working in the wedding and events industry since graduating high school and undertaking a Diploma of Event Management. Weddings & Events are our passion and require all of our organisation and creative skills on a daily basis.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

They should ask to view their portfolio and testimonials. They should also review terms and conditions and contracts thoroughly. You should have a positive connection with your wedding planner as you will most likely be working with them for the next 8-12 months, be sure to meet with them in person to be sure of your choice.

Parfait pride ourselves on maintaining great working relationships with other wedding professionals. We often work with suppliers again and again and are able to secure discounts for our clients that they would not have been able to obtain on their own. More often than not these savings cover our fee, meaning our clients end up with a FREE wedding planner!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Your Parfait planner will need to know your wedding date, approx. guest numbers, wedding location and details of how much assistance your require (e.g which services would you like your Parfait planner to look after for you).

Parfait provide a completely customised service. This means each package includes only the services you require. Therefore you are not paying for services you do not really need simply because they are compulsory.

Our services are quoted on a case by case basis. Our service is completely customisable and unique to each client. You planner will meet with you in person or via Skype/phone to discuss your requirements in depth. Your planner will then generate your personalised proposal reflecting the corresponding fee.
