Unfortunately my experience with Parker Zheng Cleaning was not the best. As I work from home, I requested certain days for cleaning and was told that would be fine, but then after an expensive deep clean, they were unable to accomodate my request moving forward. The cleaning team were friendly but spoke no English at all which made it difficult to explain instructions. For instance, I asked them not to use chemicals and especially bleach as I run an organic house, and I provided my own cleaning products, but they still went ahead and used the chemicals and bleach. One of the cleaners (Lani) was very good and efficient but the other lady was very sloppy. As they couldn't meet the requirements I decided not to use them any more.Caroline D
