How did you decide to get into your line of work?

A friend of mine at the times, invited me out for the day he was working for Myers I though-ally  enjoyed it, in a short time I was state manager for Myers  with about 40 people to manage, then training manager, then head-hunter to a national chain, flying around Australia, training and doing demonstrations in peoples homes,and class room, hense the knowledge and expertise built up over the years to just about solve most problems.

I have too many customer stories, that I could write a book, but my favourite ones are when the husband, generally!!  rinses some washing in the laundry, or puts the bath on, then goes to work with the tap running, and I get a call about 6pm saying my house is 6'' underwater all over, then starts the days of taking all the water out, drying the carpets, treating for mildew and the like, that's always good fun, especially when the insurance did not get paid or the 9th storey pipes go overnight and it floods every floor below it.

The Challenge, of someone saying just do your best I understand its old carpet, or you wont get those stains up. or we have had them cleaned b4 and it ends up the same, and a whole host of OH WELL, and then seeing the look on their face when finished, I know I have a life long customer. I ALSO TEACH a lot to customers on how to maintain their furnishings themselves and save money, and mostly they are grateful. But I ABSOLUTLEY love it and have done it now for 18years and will not do anything else,  and I teach my children that in life or sport if you love something you will do well and get recognised for it.

(1) Do we steam or dry clean?  and we do both (2) what do you recommend? steam as there is no difference in drying time now! plus dry can de-generate your carpets faster and re-soil quicker. (3) what size is a standard room? 4x3x4? (4) Can you guarantee all stains to come out? there are stains, semi-permanent stains & permanent, if some are years old and you have tried everything, we may make some difference with permanent? But mostly we all carry a chemistry cabinet to counter most staines (5) how do you go with pet urine stains & smells? Firstly people believe cleaning will resolve these , mostly it wont as urine, vomit, smells ect have a high PH level that needs to be lowered, we can fix that. (6) there are so many questions people have asked over the years, we can answer them all, but we can fix them too.
