I started in the fitness industry as a gym & aerobics instructor in 1983 out of a desire to improve my self image and this has proceeded to be a lifelong career of helping others to do the same through exercise & nutrition.

Keith...came in 40 kg over the weight he desired to be and with a total of 35% body fat. His results were nothing short of amazing. He followed all of my advice to a T, and in 5 months he had gone from 140kg to 99kg. Over the next 3 months he reduced his bodyfat further from 35% to 18%. Go Keith !!

You are able to pay, at the least, 1 week in advance and I have Eftpos and Direct Debit options available if required. 1-1 Training is : 30 mins $35 10 pd upfront is $300   45 " $45 10 pd upfront is $425  1 hr $55 10 pd upfront is $500
