What makes your pricing competitive?

We work on the project ourselves and are very hands on and follow the construction process throughout. We are a small team so we keep our overheads much lower than a larger company

How do you normally charge for your service?

We generally charge on a fixed price contract with any variations as approved by clients as the invoice cost plus a 15% Builders Margin. We cost out all the work prior to starting and if there are savings that can be made prior we will advise the client

We have specialized in Architect Designed Homes as well as architect designed renovations. We also have reurbished  Child Care Centers and resturants as well as done office partitons

We are both members of MBAV and HIA and have been for many years. I have Certificate 4 In Building Construction as well as Diploma of Building. I am a judge for the HIA Housing awards and have been doing this for the last five years. I have also completed Certificate 3 in Occupational Health and Safety
