Our strengths are, communication, ability to problem solve. We have worked in other industries such as nanny/maid abroad, disabilities and age care.

Although we provide domestic cleaning services our specialties are End Of Lease, Move in/ Move out Cleaning and One off cleans.
How do you normally charge for your service?
For General Cleans we charge by the hour. For End Of Lease, One Off Cleans, Move In / Move Out Cleans and other services we charge by the job on viewing as every job is different. This is to ensured that bought client and service provider have a full understanding of what tasks are to be undertaken
What makes your pricing competitive?
We wouldn't say that we are competitive that price but we would say that our competitiveness is in the quality of work and reviews that are posted on our facebook page.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?
We are expanding our services such as Carpet Cleaning, Pet spray and Pressure washing. this allows us to offer a package deal.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
With General Cleans. Clearing Floors permits us to service all other areas thus reducing the time to clean what is required. With One off cleans and End of lease Cleans ensuring that the promises is empty will ensure that the price quoted at the Meet and Greet does not change.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
We need to know the address, Phone number, if end of lease the agent and the availability of the condition report and pets.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes we are insured for 10 million. With all work we offer a guarantee within reason. for example if it is a end of lease we only have the ability to remove minor scuff marks of any surface.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
One will see with our reviews on Facebook that our present and past client have openly said that we are trustworthy and reliable. We have many clients who have entrusted us by giving us their keys.

When we undertake a meet and greet for any service that we provide we are often asked what we do when we clean. We inform what we do and what we clean and they are often surprised on what we offer in the same time as their previous cleaners.

What do you like most about your job?
What is very satisfying is seeing the results before and after our clean. What is nice is when we receive messages from regular and short term clients thanking us for the work we undertook. We also enjoy being greeted by our clients pets.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
As the husband and wife both have the passion to clean when coming together and how we work well as a team and how we where both seeking employment we thought why not put this passion in developing our cleaning business.

We cannot choose who we choose as our favorite costumer as we are largely treated and respected by all our regular and returning costumers.
