  Had 7:30am quote booked with Plumber@hand. He didn't show up or contact me. I called at 8:30am and was told there was an emergency and there was nothing he could do and that he remembered when I called (I did read of another no show emergency in a review). Even if something came up he could have called to let me know. Plumber@hand did offer to re book quote in a few days time. I declined based on this experience.

  Yes we are fully insured and we take pride in everything we undertake. we guarantee our work and our customer focus is always our first priority. Shortcuts are unacceptable.

  Studied architecture but wanted greater hands on involvement and the satisfaction of self employment. Design experience matched with a practical hands on approach is a great combination.
