Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
Attention to detail, every job that we do is to a high standard and done right. Its not about getting in and out as quick as possible. I want to ensure all my customers are very satisfied with the work completed. We use dust/drop sheets to prevent mess and also clean up after the job using our own vacuum.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
I am a fully qualified electrician with experience working in domestic, commercial and industrial sectors. I prefer to specialise in residential work due to working somewhere different almost every day, building up a relationship with the customer and seeing the appreciation for the work completed.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I specialise in residential work as I have the most experience in this field and it is the most rewarding due to seeing the end result after installing new lights or power and the satisfied customers. It's especially rewarding after fault finding to get the power back on for a customer.
How do you normally charge for your service?
I usually itemise for each job done while at the property, this allows the customer to see a breakdown of what they've paid for. If the job is fault finding then it is usually a fee for the first half hour and then hourly rate plus materials from then on.
