1. Be clear in what you want to be living with when finished 2. Ask, if you want it ask and keep asking to get it right or to find alternative 3. Get a clear budget and make a contingancey as it may be required

We are able to be compeditve due to no board, no major overheads and a great team of Subcontactors and suppliers we use. We spend millions each year to get the right people

We normaly work for fixed price contacts, so everyone knows what it will cost but on some of the jobs it has been hard to see what else was require to complete it, so we use cost plus with a budget.

We manage and controll the construction in prioduction, dollars and quality of the job produced, but we specalize in working with good people (Trades and Clients)

We have done many renovations from bathrooms to nursing homes. We have done extensions which were small room to major remodel.We have also built many new homes from little 2 beders to architectural designs. Also completed a few sets of units and a Nursing home. Constanly training and looking do give our customers the best we can.
