Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are not insured at the moment, but currently looking into it. However, we do have a 12 month guarantee for all of our work. If anything goes wrong during that time, we will always fix it at no cost.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We've always had an eye for website design. The fast paced nature of the IT industry means that things are always changing and the job never becomes stale. There is always something new to learn!

There isn't one particular story that we would like to share. What we do try to establish with all our clients however is an open, transparent relationship where we can be contacted at any time should the need arise.

Helping clients achieve their online goals and actually seeing how their overall business improves from the use of a website (i.e. better processes, time saving, more enquiries/sales etc).

How much does a website cost? Sometimes it is hard to give an exact answer for this as there are a few options that need to be considered. However because we have a number of years experience in the industry, we can give accurate estimates that normally don't vary dramatically from the final quote.

We try to get client feedback whenever we complete a job, so that we can improve our services if need be. There are customer testimonials that we are happy to provide as evidence that we are doing the right thing.

Because we treat our customers like friends, not just another number. Our goal is to get all the formalities out of the way early, so that we can learn about what drives our clients businesses at a deeper level.

If the customer can provide an approximate budget, that helps us immensely. We can then advise what sort of solutions we are able to offer for that price range.

(1) Make sure they have their basic requirements thought out before meeting with us; (2) If business collateral is needed for the job - i.e. stock photography, logos, copywriting - then make sure this is available when we start (or inform us when it will arrive); (3) Spend the time planning everything on paper first.

We offer a flexible payment structure, that is normally split over 4 separate payments (i.e. we only send our final invoice 60 days after the website has gone live).

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are competitive because our team has had experience working with larger agencies, so the quality of work is high. However, we have kept our business overheads to a minimum - therefore we can pass these savings onto our clients.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We normally charge by analysing a client's requirements and then putting together a quote based on feedback. In saying that, we have also charged on an hourly basis for smaller jobs / maintenance work.

Our main area of business is website design. However we have started to do more print work, and help companies with their overall image and brand. Clients seem to think if you can build their website, then you can look after the rest - and we are more than happy to do so.
