  I used Quick and fresh cleaning for a vacate clean in Mulgrave and although they offer a 100% bond back guarantee, when I asked them to return to steam clean the carpets properly, I never heard back from them. I initially gave them a great review as there cleaning ability was great, however feel that they weren't interested in hearing that the job they did with the carpets wasn't up to scratch and they had no interest in assisting me to fix this. I had to pay someone else to go back in to do the carpets.
