  just after i ordered the concrete which i paid for he increased the price by $900 I had no choice but to agree as the truck was on its way. He only completed 3/4 of the job and said the rest will cost u more I had to pay extra for waiting time $244 because one of his workers was late to arrive. I also paid extra for cutting concrete (expansion joints) which was included in the original quote The job was average. I told him that someone was smoking marijuana as i could smell it i have not pay him the extra as the job has not been completed. I dont intend to pay him the extra as he is not returning my calls Your choice if you want to hire this company.
