  Very disappointed with this company. The manager Mark promised over the phone there would be no hidden cost, that they would only charge from when they arrive at my apartment. The 2 movers were good - cannot fault them. But at the end, I was charged with a 2 hour depot fee! There was NO mention of ANY depot fee on their website, phone / email correspondence. I spoke to Mark and asked how he could go back on their word - he just said it was a phone conversation & I had no proof, I needed email proof. I had emailed them earlier asking if there was no travel cost + hidden cost, and instead of replying so I had it in black & white, Mark had called me & promised that. Such dishonesty! The move cost me $200 more than it should have. Not so much about the money but very upset at being ripped off
