  I booked the service on Saturday 24th of February 12.30pm- 4pm and their staff have dropped our fridge to the floor from the truck when they lifted it. Our fridge got dent everywhere especially the top part of the door and it could not close properly after that. Niwa told us the office will contact us and arrange for a new fridge for compensation. They ignored me and blocked my number. I wrote them a letter to warn if they didn't respond my email , I will bring this matter to consumer affair and the manager finally replied to ask me to pay for $250 excess fee and I transfered the money and I also paid for service quote for $165. They ran away with my money . They are totally fraud company that cheat customer money with their fake insurance policy. I have submitted the application to Vcat for hearing and on the hearing day they didn't even turn up. I lost all my money and time for nothing. Warning!! Please dont use this fraud company.
