What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
We are fully licenced bathroom, kitchen & laundry renovators with a serperate exterior waterproofing licence. We are also extreamely experienced in interior design with over 2 decades in interior design.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We specialise in raising the property value of your home in a number of ways. Bathrooms, kitchens and laundries are particularly important when improving the value of your property as is the general look and presentation of the home.
How do you normally charge for your service?
We provide a very detailed quotation listing all items being undertaken. We quote seperately all PC items like toilets, vanities, accessories etc so you know what you are paying for and not being provided with cheap items not to your standard.
What makes your pricing competitive?
We keep our pricing down by staying up to date with the market and its levels. We however, provide far superior workmanship compared to most bathroom renovators.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Be aware that moving things like plumbing possitions adds cost. So if you can, leave toilets and showers in the same possition. Shop around for what type of PC items you like (vanities & toilets), this will give us a quicker idea of your likes and dislikes and we can shop for competative pricing.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes we are insured and we guarantee our work for the standard 7 years but with a 10 year waterproofing guarantee unlike most who offer 7
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
We turn up on time, we believe highly in the importance of good communication and we believe what goes around comes around. We look after our clients across the board.
What do you like most about your job?
We have always prided ourselves on having great clients. We have been very blessed over the years to always have nice people to work with.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Job requirements, sizes of the room, style likes, functionality requirements, check for asbestos, additional needs like aged care facilities or change in drainage requirements.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Commonly customers are concerned about price. Specifically bathrooms are something you only want to do once every 10-15 years so you need to get it right the first time. Price is dictated by the new design of the bathroom so every bathroom quote should be different.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
There are a lot of dodgy renovators out there so I would ask to read references. Also discuss with them their views of what quality workmanship is and how they are better than the others. The ones that cant think of anything in comparison often dont realise their standards arnt high enough.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
We had one customer that loved having Norm around so much that they kept finding other things around the house to be done.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I was an interior designer/project manager and Norm was an architectural draftsman who decided he didnt want to sit at a desk all day. He started tiling them continued on to get his full renovation licence. Here we are!
