Would you prefer to sell for $600,000 and pay $16,000 in commissions or sell for $598,000 and pay $5,500 in marketing?  It is not enough to sell for top dollar (although it's very important). You need to do so without it costing you too much. You cannot achieve this if you pay a commission.

We don't charge a commission, but a low fixed fee.  For that we give our clients comprehensive evidence of recent comparable sales (not just prices, but detailed photos inside and out); industry secrets about how to increase value, and unparalleled negotiation strategies and tactics.
