In this case, her children lost their father in a tragic car accident. She came to us for an unrelated matter and it just happened to be that she was talking to the right people at the right time. We gave her the advice and followed it though to a settlement with the CPT insurer.

Can we bring Settlement forward and if so, what will you charge? As long as your bank is in a position to settle early and we have received all documentation required, we can make this request and as long as all parties are agreeable then we can bring Settlement forward with no extra charges.
