  Rick was able to grasp the concept and identity of our company very quickly and then turnaround creative marketing material in a timely and orignial manner. • Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  When the Australian finance company Aussie Home Loans was starting out with John Symonds, I worked on that account, teaming up with a copywriter. We created an advertising campaign to launch his now famous, hugely and successful business. The core proposition of his product was to promote that he was not a bank and his loan rates will always be cheaper than the banks thus saving his customers heaps of money. I came up with the concept for an outdoor/billboard display made to look like a side of a building and on top of the billboard was a man ( life size cut out figure ) just about to jump off as if committing suicide. On the building mural in huge lettering the headline read "Aussie Homes will save you" Our client John Symonds liked this headline so much that for years after it was his ongoing slogan. Eventually the market positioning statement was shorten to "We'll Save Ya" just like the way John announced it himself personally in all the Aussie Home Loan TV commercials and press ads !
